Addressing Congress

Trump addressed the congress tonight. Relative to his other speeches, this is one of the better ones. He even gave a half-hearted, one sentence mentioning of the Jewish community center bomb threats and Olathe, Kansas hate crime shooting of 2 Indians.

Crazy moment of the night - formation of a new office VOICE (Victims Of Immigration Crime Engagement). So are immigration crimes worse than other crimes?

Over the last few days, here is a quick list of what happened:

• House Republican vote to keep Trump tax returns secret! - Seriously?
• Bush 43 actually spoke out - “Yes, I don’t like the racism and I don’t like the name-calling and I don’t like people feeling alienated”
• Devos calling historically black colleges & universities “school choice”. Ignorance or malice. Either way is revolting.
• Devin Nunes saying there is no evidence to Russian contacts. Yeah, there won’t be if you don’t investigate!

I don’t think the House Republicans will do anything until their jobs are threatened.
