Trumpcare Passed House
Today the House passed the health care bill known as Trumpcare.

After ramming this revised bill through the voting process without CBO review, without committee debates, without public hearings, the Republicans are seen gleefully celebrating in the White House’s Rose Garden.
I am not going to detail the comparison between Obamacare and this Trumpcare. See this, this and this.
It’s horrible.
This bill is so bad that, in fact, the current passed version contains an exemption for members of Congress and their staff so that they can continue to use the plans offered by Obamacare. Yes, I’m aware they passed bill to repeal the exemption in the house. But the fact is, the exemption was in the bill and they likely only reacted to it after it was discovered.

What a terrible group of people to visit this upon their constituents. I am lucky to have great insurance through my employer. This in fact hurts the most vulnerable (the old, the sick, and the poor) the most.
